Thames Path Challenge

Join #TeamRefuge and follow England’s most iconic river. Most will walk, but some may try it at a jog or a run, and with half and quarter-length distances – there really is a challenge here for everyone.

The full Thames Path Challenge 100km route starts from Putney Bridge, past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame, and then on past wonderful scenery steeped in history – all the way to Henley. With thousands of participations all ages and abilities taking part – you’ll be supported every step of the way to reach the finish line, and raise vital funds for Refuge.

Distance:
Choose from a two-day half challenge, or take on the full 100km continuously. Alternatively, take on the 25km Thames Bridges challenge or The Henley 10k

Registration fee and Fundraising target: Various fundraising options are available. Remember to select Refuge as your chosen charity on registration.
