Terms and conditions for Refuge’s supporter survey 2016 free prize draw

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Refuge, registered charity number 277424 in England and Wales, a company limited by guarantee number 1412276, of 4th Floor, International House, 1 St Katharine’s Way, London E1W 1UN.

2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents ages 18 years or over, except employees of Refuge.

3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. The prize draw is free to enter and no donation is necessary.

5. To enter, complete a supporter survey booklet and return to Refuge, 4th Floor, International House, 1 St Katharine’s Way, London E1W 1UN or complete and submit the online survey at www.refuge.org.uk/survey/ before Friday 2nd September 2016. Completed surveys received after 6pm on Friday 2nd September 2016 will not be accepted.

6. Refuge accepts no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are incomplete, lost or damaged, not completed due to a technical fault or fail to arrive by the closing date.

7. The winner will receive £100 of John Lewis gift vouchers.

8. The prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative.

9. The decision of Refuge regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The prize winner will be selected at random on Monday 5th September 2016 from all of the entries received by the closing date and the draw will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be notified by phone, email or letter within 14 days from the date of the draw. The prize will be posted to the winner by recorded delivery.

11. If a winner does not claim the prize by responding to the Refuge team’s notification within 28 days of being notified, or if a winner is not available to take up the prize, Refuge reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant without liability to the winner.

12. The winner’s name and town will be published in an email or letter to survey respondents containing the findings from the survey.

13. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
