 Refuge corporate supporters - everywoman
Since 2004, Refuge has been delighted to have the support ofeverywoman, the UK’s leading provider of resources and services for women in business. Over the years, everywoman had come into contact with a number of women who had started up their own businesses following their escape from abusive relationships. This provided the basis for everywoman forging a partnership with Refuge in order to increase awareness of the issue of domestic violence and to raise vital funds for the life-saving services Refuge provides. Last year, everywoman raised over £13,000 for Refuge – a brilliant amount! Funds were raised primarily through a hugely successful raffle at the annual everywoman Awards and by a team of 47 runners in the Hydro Active Women’s Challenge. everywoman staff and members have also supported Refuge’smobile phone recycling scheme, including freepost envelopes in goody bags at their specialist conferences.
