Are you feeling adventurous?

Achieve a personal goal, raise money for a cause you care about, broaden your horizons, get fit and experience one of the most spectacular sights the world has to offer! How many more reasons do you need to undertake an organised challenge for Refuge!

There are so many different challenges that you could take on to raise money for Refuge – from trekking to Everest base camp in Nepal and horse riding in the Andes to cycling from Paris to London - the sky’s the limit!

Here are just a few of our favorites…

Kilimanjaro Climb, Tanzania

Follow in the footsteps of Cheryl Cole and Gary Barlow by taking on an incredible challenge for charity – climbing Mount Kilimanjaro inTanzania. The Kilimanjaro trek takes in rainforests, unspoilt wilderness and countless different eco systems before you reach the summit to enjoy breathtaking views from the top of the world’s highest freestanding mountain.

Taking an alternative, un-crowded route, this trek has been carefully planned to ensure that youacclimatise well to the altitude.
