Working for Refuge

Refuge's employees have skills and experience in a range of different areas. Broadly, they are split into the following:


  • Operational staff: project managers, refuge workers, floating support workers.
  • Counselling staff.
  • Helpline workers.
  • Support staff: finance, fundraising, communications, HR, IT.

Volunteering for Refuge

A team of trained volunteers works alongside paid staff on the 24 Hour National Domestic Violence Freephone Helpline.

 

Volunteers with specialist IT knowledge and a good design eye are currently sought by the Fundraising Team. Find out more.
