    • This is the Refuge parcels site, where you can buy a range of gifts on behalf of a loved one. These gifts have been carefully selected to bring hope and real practical help to women and children at risk of domestic violence.
  2. Will I receive the gift that I buy?
    • You will not receive the contents of the parcel that you purchase. However, the value of the parcel that you buy will be used to offer support and places of safety to women and children who are experiencing domestic violence.
  3. What will the gift recipient receive?
    • If you buy a Refuge parcel to give as a gift to a friend, you will receive a card to give to that friend with thanks for the donation that has been made in their name to Refuge.
  4. Will the donation that I give to Refuge be used to purchase the exact parcel that I buy?
    • Your generous donation will be used to help women and children who need the services provided by Refuge. The donation amounts that are represented are illustrative of the support that we are able to offer through your generous backing.
  5. Can I find out about the person who is benefiting from the parcel that I buy?
    • Every day, Refuge supports up to 4,500 women and children. The donation that you give could be used in supporting any one of these people. The identities of all of the women and children helped by Refuge are kept confidential in order for us to protect them.
  6. Is Refuge a registered charity?
    • Yes, Refuge is a registered charity in the UK and our charity number is 277424.

  1. Can I buy more than one parcel?
    • Yes, you can buy as many parcels as you would like by simply adding each parcel to your shopping basket
  2. Will my payment details be secure?
    • All transactions are safe and your personal information is secure. We use the secured SSL system (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all payment information.
  3. How do I know if my online order has been successful?
    • Once you have completed your order, you should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
  4. How long will it take for my postal gift cards to arrive?
    • Your cards will be sent out within 48hrs of receiving the order. They will be sent second class and you should receive them within 3-6 days as per Royal Mail guidelines – unfortunately exact delivery is out of our control.

    • Your cards will be sent out within 48hrs of receiving your order and should take 3-6 days as per Royal Mail guidelines, if your cards have not arrived within 7 days please call 0207 395 7771 and we will be able to help.
